· By Client: You may terminate the service agreement with a notice period as specified in the contract.
· By Us: We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Market Plus Solutions GmbH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Market Plus Solutions GmbH and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.
